You can order with full confidence from Annie’s Home Store. We have been serving customers through our parent company, Opulent Home Decor, for more than 8 years and we pledge to continue our tradition of quality and customer service.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Fridays, except on major holidays. Most orders ship in 2 – 4 business days, unless it is a larger order which may take up to a week before it is ready. An order received for our standard “in-stock” items on a major holiday will be processed on the next working business day. Tablecloths and our fabric made items are not made until we receive your order; therefore, it is not considered a standard in-stock item.

Shipping Cost:

Annie’s Home Store Collection offers affordable shipping and free shipping on large orders. The shipping rates below are for the items on our website and only pertain to the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska not included.

Orders totaling minus shipping:    Cost:
$0 to $17.89 will be $4.50 for the shipping.
$17.90 to $49.90 will be $11.95 for the shipping.
$50.00 to $99.99 will be $15.35 for the shipping.
$100.00 to $149.99 will be $22.75 for the shipping.
$150.00 to 299.99 will be $25.30 for the shipping.
$300.00 to $499.99 will be $32.50 for the shipping.
$500.00 to $750.00 will be $37.50 for the shipping.
$750.00 and more ships for free.

Bulk shipping charges will be determined at time of order and you will be charged actual shipping charges.

We ship all orders via UPS and USPS within the Continental United States. Second day air and next day air shipment is available for rush shipments. On bulk orders once we receive the order we will determine the cost of shipping and call or email you with the price and confirmation.

We are able to ship our products Internationally by the United States Postal service, and will only be shipped through Priority International, Express Mail International or Global express. Global express allows us to track the package. The actual shipping and processing fee will be charged for these orders. Once we receive your order we will determine the cost of shipping and call or email you with the price and confirmation.

Annie’s Home Store…. is not responsible for late deliveries due to freight carrier.

Shipping Times

Tablecloths/Fabric orders:
After we receive a tablecloth/fabric order it usually takes approximately 24 to 72 business work hours to put the order together before it is shipped. We may need additional time if it is the holiday season or you have a larger order. If you choose to expedite shipping please note that the overnight or second day shipment will not take place until the item is made. If you need the order by an exact date please call or email us.

Tablecloths/Vinyl orders:
After we receive a tablecloth/vinyl order it usually takes approximately two to four weeks to put the order together before it is shipped. We may need additional time if it is the holiday season or you have a larger order. If you choose to expedite shipping please note that the overnight or second day shipment will not take place until the item is made. If you need the order by an exact date please call or email us.

Furniture Hardware:
Our furniture hardware and supplies usually ship out in one to three business days. If an item is out of stock or will take longer, we will be in contact with you to let you know.

Furniture and Home Decor:
Our furniture and home decor items generally will ship out in two to five business days if they are in stock and not on back order. If they are out of stock and take longer, we will be in contact with you to let you know.

Order Process:

Orders will be processed as received, during business hours and days.

Changes and/or cancellations can not be made to our tablecloths and linens once the order is put into production, which is usually the same day the order is placed. Any changes are subject to approval.

Orders for special table linen items and custom sizes can not be canceled once production begins (special items are things such as chair-covers, place-mats, skirting, etc. and custom sizes are those not listed on website). Also, special items may require additional lead time.

All skirting must be ordered in multiples of two: same size, fabric, and color.

Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders:

Changes and/or cancellations can not be made once order is put into production, which is usually the same day the order is placed. Any changes are subject to approval.

If your Decor item, or Tablecloth order is returned to us undelivered or refused, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee is incurred on standard tablecloth sizes ( 50% restocking fee for furniture Items, custom size table linen items).

Furniture Hardware orders are 100% refundable minus the shipping, as long as the items haven’t been tampered with and are still in the original packaging.

How to Return Orders:

Do not return damage merchandise. Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 10 days of delivery. You must have a RGA (return goods authorization) number to return the goods. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us and include a SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. All Stocked items with a value of $25.00 or more and/or excessive damage claims will require an emailed photo of the damage for immediate replacement. If you are unable to furnish photo, you may request a prepaid return label, once we have received merchandise, we will ship a replacement. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.

Note: no returns on place-mats, runners, chair covers, skirting, chair cover accessories, yardage, or bulk orders.

Warranty on Table Linens:

We guarantee satisfaction of our products when they are used as they are intended. If the product is defective when you receive it then contact us as soon as possible. We can not replace the item if defect is not reported within 10 days of delivery. Color or texture of fabrics may appear different on computer screen. We suggest ordering a fabric swatch before ordering your table linens, as we can’t guarantee exact match to screen or run. We can not guarantee our fabric items for a wrong size or shape if the wrong size or shape was originally ordered by the customer. We require a template for odd shaped tables.  Our standard tablecloths are square, round, rectangle and a racetrack oval (round on the ends and straight in the middle). We need a template for an egg shaped oval table and all other odd shaped tables or pieces of furniture.
